Pressure cooker!!

Today's topic is one of the most happening experience which has been occured almost in everyone life..
Is been in pressure is good?
I would say 'yes' because if you are under pressure of someone, he knowns very well the potential of yours..and also if he puts little fire behind your back then you will suceed your goal...They thinks for your betterment without even making you realize..

Brain puts pressure to make you lazy

Let's take an example, when I was in 10th grade I used to go to tuition where my sir used to teach me all the subject..I was able to cope up with each subject execpt in language and that one subject could entirely affect my marksheet..I tried but always return with a failure..then at the end of prelims my score in all subjects was perfect except in language, at that crucial moment sir came in my story & he decided to improve my language...he made my everyday pattern from 3-9PM I have to keep standing until I show him 30pages written, in that I have to write from the textbook..that means I have to copy everything from it....and I was seriously frustrated..because it was not less then a torture..standing for 6hrs and at the same time you have to write...He kept in such a dreadful pressure that I ended up in quitting the tuition, cause I was not capable of such a pressure before...
I started studying from home only and I did the same mistake again instead of improving on my weak subject I concentrated on other subject..and when the result came my percentage were good but it could be best if I had improvised it....my self-realization insinct were late but taught me.."That if I am under pressure then goal is near to me"

OTHER'S SUCCESS STING THEN YOU OWN FAILURE

Let me ask you something: Have you ever felt that sharp, hot twist in your gut when someone else’s victory feels like a personal defeat? Like life handed them a golden ticket while you’re stuck holding a “try again later” scratch-off?   Yeah. Me too.   Let’s rewind. Picture this: It’s 3 AM. My laptop screen casts a ghostly glow as I stare at my 27th internship rejection email. The reason? “ Your three-month availability doesn’t align with our needs.” Translation: We want someone who’ll stick around long enough to memorize the coffee orders . I’m fresh out of graduation, armed with a master’s degree pursuit and a three-month void of what now? So, like any rational human, I do the thing. I open LinkedIn.   Big. Mistake.   Suddenly, my feed is a highlight reel of everyone else’s wins. Dia at Google. Faiyaz launching a startup. Emma's doing “meaningful work” in Bali (with a sunset backdrop, of course). My screen screams, Look at them thriving while yo...

BAD DAYS LEAD TO HAPPY ENDING!!

Does Rejection poke you and affect you mentally? Let me share an incident that might have occurred to you; sometimes by seeing the success of your friend you feel quite low which causes your day-to-day action more depressing, more tainted, or chafing. Like finger pinpoints on you WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE? DON'T YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL? AM I A FAILURE/LOSER? Well, the reason I can spotlight this is. Recently I faced this situation, and the impact that happened was that it shattered my day-to-day activity. The un-well brainiac made me more lethargic than ever before and by the end of the day, I would feel guilty as well as stressed and simply condemn myself for wasting another ravishing day. Let me elaborate a little. My summer break started and I had little to do in activity. So I started peeking for an internship to keep myself occupied, but as a fresher, you don't get opportunities knocking on your door. You had to be patient, which I was not, which led to me over-thi...

I mean, sure, I have my bad days, but then I remember what a cute smile I have - Chandler Bing

An average individual overthinks roughly 60,000-80,000 thoughts per day. Fascinating fact isn't it. Which are healthy according to some well-known researchers.  So now you all might be wondering what's my scratch here. Well well, you know every coin has two faces so does overthinking. One of the good is, if the person notes down in his journal it would be one of the greatest invaluable assets he can ever have, sadly most of the people don't and are missing the charisma of it. So if you are reading my blog then do start writing your good overthinking, you will thank me later for it. and now the other side - bad, which is like an onion; Once you start overthinking our mind starts peeling off the layer one after the other leading to inescapable possibility which just makes us sad, like terrifically low it can make a person ushering to some unintentional mindless conclusion.  Which I am sure no one wants to experience in life but sadly at some point one confronts it. I am pr...
